Website Copywriting

This is the most overlooked and neglected aspect of having a good website.  Sure, pretty product pictures are important, but so is giving the visitor enough information to make that buying or contact decision.

It’s not about the number of words on your site.  Actually, more concise and targeted text with bullet points is a far better approach. In a Nielson survey, the majority of users prefer to scan websites to find what they are looking for as fast as possible.

Also, well-written copy will include key phrases that are used in search engine results.  Many website companies believe in repeating the keywords over and over again, just writing for the search engines.  This is not only an out of date search engine optimization technique, but keyword spamming can get your site banned from search engines.
